The non-stop party in Nashville extends to West End this Saturday. Vanderbilt stunned Florida 31-24.
The Commodores and their fans have a lot to celebrate. Heading into Saturday, Vanderbilt’s last home SEC win came in 2019 against Missouri. For VU, these are the first back-to-back SEC wins since the 2018 season.
Vanderbilt isn’t known for strong home attendance, but the Dores fans who attended the Florida game rushed the field at FirstBank Stadium. The scene wasn’t quite as chaotic as some other SEC stadiums when fans rush the field.

Vanderbilt has an even bigger game to wrap up the 2022 season. No. 5 Tennessee comes to FirstBank Stadium for the annual rivalry clash. If the Dores can knock off the Vols, the celebration might get a bit more wild.
