Five-star RB Najee Harris, the No. 1 overall recruit in the class of 2017, has firmly committed to Alabama.
But five-star LB Dylan Moses, the No. 2 overall 2017 recruit, is still considering his options.
The two star players met in a 1v1 drill on Friday at The Opening, a recruiting showcase held at the Nike campus in Beaverton, Oregon.
In the drill, both players start 10 yards behind the goal line. Harris, the running back, has to reach the line before the linebacker, Moses, is able to touch him.
In the below video, Moses wins the first round before Harris evens the score in the second. In the third round, Harris slips, forcing a redo. The rematch was awarded to Harris, giving him the win:
Moses, a 6-foot-2, 220-pounder from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is strongly considering Alabama and LSU. Texas is also in the mix for the talented linebacker.
Harris, though he’ll be taking official visits to other schools, is still firmly committed to the Tide.
