It’s easy to obsess about Alabama’s offense, especially transitioning to yet another starting quarterback.

Fortunately, we’ve seen more good than bad thus far from true freshman Jalen Hurts, who is the most dynamic athlete Crimson Tide coach Nick Saban has fielded during his 10-year tenure in Tuscaloosa. His future is bright.

But, seriously, does it really matter? With the way Saban continues to reload on the defensive side, it might not. ‘Bama put together another dominant performance on D and held a pretty impressive Western Kentucky passing attack — last week, 552 yards — out of the end zone until the final minute.

The secondary in particular was sensational for the Tide. Both safeties, Eddie Jackson and Ronnie Harrison, picked off passes. Jackson returned his 55 yards for a touchdown. Harrison wasn’t fooled on some Hilltopper trickeration.

Be sure to watch the video above for some quick commentary from a 38-10 blowout victory for Big Al.
