QB Luke Del Rio has been a lightning-rod from the quarterback position — giving head coach Jim McElwain’s team a very dynamic option throwing the football.
Additionally, the defense has been lights-out thus far — allowing only 14 points through the first two games of the year.
On Saturday, the Gators will welcome North Texas to ‘The Swamp.’ It’ll likely be a dress rehearsal for the following week — when a trip on the road to rival Tennessee awaits.
