Saturday marked a special day for Alabama walk-on running back Lawrence Erekosima.
It was senior day in Tuscaloosa — with each fourth and fifth-year player garnering recognition prior to the Iron Bowl for their accomplishments within the Alabama football program.
Erekosima’s family members came out on the field before kickoff to congratulate the running back.
However, the PA announcer got everyone’s attention in the stadium. With Nick Saban’s help, Erekosima had this special reunion with a loved one.
