As the college football regular season has come to a close, it’s always a good idea to reflect on the best plays of the year in 2016.

SEC Network analysts Greg McElroy, Tim Tebow, Marcus Spears, and Chris Doering showcased their favorite moments — which included throwing, catching, running, and defensive plays.

We did see multiple highlights of Alabama players. Jonathan Allen’s “Superman sack” was particularly spectacular. Georgia QB Jacon Eason unleashed arm strength that very few possess in the gut-wrenching loss to Tennessee.

Oh…and Derek Mason may have had the postgame interview of the season after Vanderbilt’s win over the in-state rival Volunteers.

It was yet another captivating year within the SEC. We’ll surely seem some more explosive plays in the bowl season.
