After a long career in the booth, the 2016 season will be Verne Lundquist’s last calling college football for CBS.
Lundquist’s career is so long that he actually remembers the last time Tennessee beat Florida.
In CBS’ latest installment of “Storytime with Uncle Verne,” Lundquist looks back on calling the 2004 thriller:
“Talk about redemption!”

Lundquist will be calling this year’s Florida-Tennessee game Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
