We all knew A.J. Green was a freak of nature, but what he’s doing in the first half against the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday Night Football is absolutely absurd.
Early in the first quarter, Green caught a four-yard touchdown from Andy Dalton that got the Cincinnati Bengals on the scoreboard first, but four minutes later, we got our first glimpse of how explosive Green was going to be in this game.
Dalton threaded the needle to Green on a quick five-yard slant, and he turned a short, third-down conversion into a 32-yard score.

Wow, pretty good first half for Green, right? Well, he wasn’t exactly done yet.
Early in the second quarter, the Bengals found themselves in the red zone and were looking to go up by three scores. Guess whose number they called…

While Green has had a successful NFL career thus far, this is the first time he’s ever recorded three receiving touchdowns in a single game. He’s definitely making his fantasy football owners happy tonight.
Green was drafted by the Bengals with the No. 4 overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft. During his three years at Georgia, Green recorded 166 receptions for 2,619 yards and 23 touchdowns.
