Video: Arkansas RB Alex Collins hurdles defender on 21-yard TD

During the first half of the Toledo-Arkansas game, Arkansas RB Alex Collins took a pitch from QB Brandon Allen and sprinted down the sideline, hurtling a Toledo defender for a 21-yard touchdown.

Collins’ TD run put Arkansas in the lead against Toledo, 7-6. The Arkansas run game was bottled up through most of the half with only 61 yards on 17 carries.
Later in the half, Toledo would kick another field goal and bring the halftime score to 9-7.
Collins ran for 127 yards against UTEP last week. He’s now the clear No. 1 running back for the Razorbacks, as senior Jonathan Williams broke his foot just before the season and will miss the entire year.
Kody Walker and Rawleigh Williams III have yet to break 50 rushing yards in a single game, so Collins may be tasked with carrying a large load in 2015.
