Cordarrelle Patterson is known in the NFL as an elite kick returner but has struggled to find his footing as a receiver.
With his new team in Foxboro however, it looks like that may soon be changing.
According to 247Sports, Patterson has been something of a highlight reel in training camp thus far.

Patterson looks to be on the edge of having a legitimate receiving role in New England. With Julian Edelman suspended for the first four games of the season, Patterson may be able to take advantage of that hole left in the offense if he can continue to impress coaches in the preseason.
The Patriots’ first exhibition game is Thursday night against the Washington Redskins.
