WATCH: This deep pass attempt by Jay Cutler best described as a ‘Fail Mary’
Jay Cutler has had a number of puzzling moments on the football field during his college and professional career.
The former Vanderbilt quarterback is talented, but will sometimes make mistakes and mental errors that are flabbergasting. Another blunder came on Sunday afternoon in his first regular season game with the Miami Dolphins, going against the Los Angeles Chargers on the road.
Check out what happens when Cutler tries to throw the ball to the end zone in an effort to score a touchdown as the first half expired. He only had to keep the ball in play for a little over 50 yards, but his attempt didn’t bode well for the Dolphins.
Miami headed into the half down 10-3. Better luck next time Jay. Next time, try and keep it in bounds.
