Vanderbilt ended its regular season with a 38-13 win over Tennessee, which made the Commodores eligible for a bowl game.

Vandy coach Derek Mason was very excited about the victory. And he showed it during his postgame interview on SEC Network.

In fact, Mason even broke out some dance moves at midfield at Vanderbilt Stadium to celebrate the win:

Vanderbilt ended the regular season with three wins in its last four games to finish 6-6. The Commodores notched back-to-back victories over Ole Miss and Tennessee to become eligible for a bowl game.

Vandy did not play in a bowl game last season. The Commodores’ last bowl appearance came at the end of the 2016 season, when they lost to N.C. State in the Independence Bowl. It was Mason’s only bowl appearance in his first four seasons as Vanderbilt coach.
