WATCH: Ex-Auburn RB Corey Grant continues to rip off big plays for the Jaguars

It’s only the preseason, but that didn’t stop the Jacksonville Jaguars from attempting — and converting — a fake punt during the first quarter of Thursday night’s preseason game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
The player, who perfectly executed the fake, was none other than former Auburn running back Corey Grant. And let’s just say he has a little bit of speed.
Check this out:

This isn’t the first time that Grant has made a game-changing play for the Jaguars this preseason. Just two weeks ago, he had a 79-yard touchdown run against the New England Patriots that showed off the impressive speed that made him such a threat during his time at Auburn.
With former LSU running back Leonard Fournette expected to be the starter in Jacksonville, Grant could make Auburn fans proud by stealing a roster spot from former Alabama running back T.J. Yeldon. Don’t be surprised if Grant not only makes his way onto the 53-man roster, but also ends up earning a change-of-pace role at some point this season.
