Former Tennessee cornerback Cam Sutton is in his second season with the Pittsburgh Steelers, and he recorded his first career interception on Sunday in the season-opener.

With the game tied at 21, the Cleveland Browns were driving to try to get into field goal range, but Sutton picked off the Tyrod Taylor pass with 17 seconds left on the clock to send the game to overtime.

Taylor’s pass was intended for Josh Gordon.

Sutton was taken in the third round of the 2017 NFL draft after four seasons at Tennessee, where he had seven career interceptions in 45 games played.

After going to overtime, Cleveland had a chance to win with a field goal at the death, but missed it, and the Steelers and Browns both start the year 0-0-1 after a 21-12 tie.
