WATCH: Georgia calls on Dawgs fans to return to Athens for homecoming game vs. Vanderbilt
Georgia football’s Twitter account releases a new “Trailer” every week of the college football season. As we head into Week 6, the Trailer is titled “Come On Home”, in honor of Georgia’s homecoming week.
Georgia plays its fourth home game of 2018 on Saturday when Vanderbilt comes to town. It will be the second Tennessee team Georgia plays in two weeks, as the Bulldogs handled the Vols in Week 5, 38-12. Vandy currently sits as a 27-point underdog in the matchup.
Georgia has won every game in Sanford Stadium by an average margin of 31.6 points so far this season, so home field advantage has been good for the Dawgs. Vanderbilt is coming off an upset scare against Tennessee State at home, so that home field advantage is expected to go well for Georgia in Week 6.
