WATCH: High school football team forced to forfeit after players brawl in bleachers

There was a crazy scene at a high school football game in California this weekend, as a fight broke out in the bleachers.

However, what made this brawl unique was the fact that players from one of the teams participated in the hubbub in the stands.

As you can see in the video below, one player is clearly involved in the fracas and, according to KMBC.com:

The team with the players fighting in the stands was forced to forfeit the game, and those players may face additional discipline moving forward.

According to one coach, it was a wild atmosphere that was unusual to see at a high school game:

“You never see anything like this. This is crazy,” Coachella Valley head coach Brett Davis said. “We watched the whole thing. I saw a lot of their players run up in there. It’s too bad.”

What happens next remains to be seen, but hopefully it takes a while before we see another brawl involving high school players going into the stands.
