The “We want ‘Bama” signs were pretty funny at first, but now they just seem annoying. It’s like that one kid who you see at games who still “dabs” whenever he gets on the jumbotron.
ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit seems pretty annoyed with the signs as well, and he had some words for the Purdue fan who was proudly waving around the clichè on Thursday night.

“Everybody has that sign. Just hush. Put it away,” said Herbstreit.
It’s also worth noting that Purdue was down a touchdown the moment this sign was caught on camera.
