WATCH: Odell Beckham Jr. foolishly has no fear of staring into the sun during eclipse

Forget science. Forget NASA. It’s all fake news.

At least that’s what Odell Beckham Jr. thinks… or he just doesn’t care about doing damage to his eyes.

The former LSU star wide receiver, who is now one of the top wideouts in the NFL, may not be able to see the ball coming his way this season.

Beckham Jr. posted a video on Monday of himself attempting to stare straight into the sun during the “once in a lifetime” solar eclipse.

Chances are, OBJ will probably be OK. But can you imagine the implications if he wasn’t?

Cut from the roster. Endorsement deals extinguished. Million dollar home repossessed.

And Beckham Jr. sitting alone, blind, in his one-bedroom apartment thinking of days gone by and how things could have been different with a $3 pair of safety glasses.
