Receivers are constantly making impressive catches, but Rutgers tight end Jerome Washington took things to a whole new level with an impressive grab versus Nebraska in yesterday’s 27-17 loss.
It only ended up gaining 11 yards, but the 6-4, 258-pound redshirt junior has gone viral following the play.
Here’s a look at what is being labeled “the butt catch”:

The catch came with 13:44 remaining in the first quarter, and Washington only managed to haul in two more receptions for 16 yards. Still, it’s the type of play that can forever cement you as a legend.
