Tennessee has locked up a large number of its 2019 recruiting class, as 18 of its 21 commits have signed their letters of intent during the early signing period this week.
The Vols, who have the No. 16 class in the nation per the 247sports composite rankings, have one 5-star recruit and eight 4-star recruits in their class. Of that group, all but two 4-star recruits have signed.
On Thursday, Tennessee released a video in which members of its coaching staff introduced the 18 recruits from the 2019 class who have signed with the program so far.
This is the second year that college football has had an early signing period. And much like the first year, many recruits have taken the opportunity to sign their letters of intent.
The top recruit who signed with Tennessee is 5-star tackle Wanya Morris, who had been committed to the Vols since May.
