WATCH: This promo for ESPN’s ‘Training Days: Rolling with the Tide’ will have you ready to run through a brick wall

ESPN got some behind-the-scenes access to the Alabama program this offseason, and the first installment of their show airs on Thursday night.
Ahead of the airing of the first episode, which will take a look at the Tide during their fall practices, a promo was released by the network.
As you can see in the video below, the show looks intense, especially with coach Nick Saban’s fiery motivational speech in the background:

“Everybody’s chasing us,” Saban says in the video. “People are hiring people from this organization to try to figure out what we do. They’re trying to catch us. They’re trying to get what we got and we’ve got to do it better.”
Alabama released its own preview of the show earlier in the day, and you can find it here. The show airs at 7 p.m. Eastern time on ESPN2.
