WATCH: Tyrann Mathieu sets up Arizona Cardinals win in OT with interception
Former LSU defensive back Tyrann Mathieu was notorious in college for being at the right place at the right time.
His knack for having a nose for the football was not lost when drafted by the Arizona Cardinals. Check out how the former Pro Bowler read the eyes of Indianapolis Colts quarterback Jacoby Brissett and forced a key turnover in overtime.
Soon after making the big play, Arizona kicked a field goal to win the game by a score of 16-13.
Mathieu played more cornerback while he was at LSU. Now, the “Honey Badger” lines up the majority of time at safety for the Cardinals. Regardless of where he plays, opposing quarterbacks should always be aware of where he is on the field because of his playmaking ability.
