Former University of Georgia star Hines Ward was among the more than 92,000 Bulldogs faithful to pack Sanford Stadium for the Dawgs’ stunning 13-7 win over Auburn on Saturday.
The nationally televised game between the hedges was the first Ward attended since he concluded his standout career in Athens in 1997. Ward had previously attended Georgia’s season-opener in Atlanta against North Carolina.
