Every week throughout the season, we’ll provide some video highlights of the SEC’s top commits.
SEC COMMITS
Tua Tagovailoa, QB, five-star Alabama commit (Honolulu, Hawaii)
Even if Alabama resolves its quarterback competition in 2016, the Crimson Tide may have yet another one on its hands next season.
Tagovailoa showed why he’s the No. 1 dual-threat quarterback prospect in the nation, accumulating nine total touchdowns as Saint Louis beat Punahou 64-44 last Friday night. The No. 32 overall player in this year’s recruiting class threw for 447 yards and rushed for 104 more.

The performance moved Tagovailoa into eighth place in career passing yards among Oahu school quarterbacks in just his 23rd game. The future Alabama signal-caller is just 1,650 yards behind Timmy Chang for the No. 1 spot, and with plenty of season left to go, Tagovailoa will shatter that record if he keeps his current pace.

Jake Fromm, QB, four-star Georgia commit (Warner Robins, Ga.)
Just like at Alabama, Georgia’s current quarterback battle looks to be only more clouded next season.
After a huge performance last weekend, Fromm one-upped himself with seven touchdowns and 492 yards against Veterans last Friday night. The No. 49 overall player in the country sat out the final eight minutes of the game, posting eye-popping numbers despite sitting out a huge chunk of the game for the second week in a row.

In leading Houston County to a 4-0 start, Fromm has thrown for a staggering 1,838 yards and 19 touchdowns while completing more than 70 percent of his passes.
@ArmyAllAmerican Jake Fromm @FrommJake off to one of the best starts I have ever seen to start a season for a high school quarterback

Jerry Jeudy, WR, four-star Alabama commit (Pompano Beach, Fla.)
After Alabama exploded for 52 points against USC in the season opener, Jeudy seems like a perfect fit for offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin’s high-flying scheme.
The 6-foot-1, 177-pound receiver hauled in 9 balls for 131 yards and 2 TDs as Deerfield Beach crushed Blanche Ely 30-3. You can see his 34-yard catch-and-run for a score below:
