For a while, it looked like the five most exciting plays of Week 3 would simply be the Leonard Fournette show.
The LSU running back terrorized Auburn’s defense from start to finish, rushing for a career-high 228 yards on just 19 carries. It was like someone was playing NCAA Football and edited Fournette’s stats to all 99s.
But then Ole Miss and Alabama kicked off in Tuscaloosa, and a Rebels receiver made what will perhaps be the best play of 2015. Fournette was still terrific, but even he couldn’t top Mississippi’s miracle.
Here are the five most exciting plays of Week 3:
5. Leonard Fournette, Part I
Stopping Leonard Fournette "shouldn't be too difficult." Ha. https://t.co/7MxSvVJth9

Say what you want about Auburn’s poor tackling on this one, but the LSU running back reminded the other Tigers that he isn’t overrated on this 71-yard opening play dash. Fournette terrorized Auburn all day, but he set the tone on this run.
4. Tyler Hunt trucks UConn linebacker

In a 9-6 Missouri win that featured an excruciating devoid of exciting offensive plays, walk-on turned scholarship running back Tyler Hunt helped shift some momentum to the Tigers during this awesome screen catch. He bouldered into Connecticut’s top linebacker en route to a 51-yard gain. It was Hunt’s second catch of 50+ yards this season.
3. Evan Berry takes kickoff to house with brother and former Vol Eric Berry watching

With his brother, an NFL safety and recent cancer survivor being honored in his return to Neyland Stadium, Evan Berry returned an 88-yard kickoff for a touchdown with seconds left in the first half. This play may not have meant much in terms of the in-game result, but it certainly meant a lot to the Berry brothers.
2. Leonard Fournette, Part Deux

How is this guy only a sophomore again? Fournette flipped Auburn’s Tray Matthews en route to awesome touchdown. The NFL should just let Fournette enter the draft next year.
1. Mississippi’s miracle touchdown

Good luck even imagining a more exciting play than this one from the Ole Miss-Alabama game. Rebels QB Chad Kelly looked like he was going to be sacked on this play, heaved the ball to the left side of the field while being taken down, had WR Laquon Treadwill make a great attempt to even get his hands on the ball only for Quincy Adeboyejo catch the tip and return it for an Ole Miss touchdown. That score kept momentum in Mississippi’s favor.
