The television scheduling gods have blessed the SEC this weekend.
Besides the Battle of Columbia that kicks off late this morning, every SEC game starts either in the late afternoon or in the evening. Highlighted by Alabama visiting Sanford Stadium and Georgia, today’s schedule is jam-packed with in-state rivalries, division clashes and potential season-changing contests. And, because of the late television schedule, you’ll have plenty of time to tailgate, sit in your favorite stadium seat or couch and take in the action.
So get those extra few hours of sleep, SEC fans. You’ll have all afternoon to watch some great games.
