Here is a noteworthy streak or record to keep an eye on for all 14 SEC teams as we enter play in Week 5:

  • Alabama (at Georgia): The Crimson Tide is 7-1 in conference road openers under head coach Nick Saban, with the lone loss coming at Ole Miss last season.
  • Arkansas (at Tennessee): The Razorbacks have not won an SEC road game since a 24-7 win at Auburn on Oct. 6, 2012, putting Arkansas’ road conference losing streak at nearly three years.
  • Auburn (vs. San Jose State): The Tigers have a 27-game non-conference home winning streak to defend this week. Auburn’s last out-of-conference loss at Jordan-Hare Stadium was to South Florida in overtime in 2007.
  • Georgia (vs. Alabama): There has been much discussion about starting RB Nick Chubb’s streak of 12 consecutive 100-yard rushing games, but fellow RB Sony Michel has a streak of his own, scoring a touchdown in five consecutive games in spite of his reserve role.
  • Florida (vs. Ole Miss): The Gators are just 3-9 against SEC West opponents since 2010.
  • Kentucky (vs. Eastern Kentucky): Including last season’s game against Louisville, the Wildcats are on a streak of five consecutive games decided by one possession (eight points) or less.
  • LSU (vs. Eastern Michigan): The Tigers are 40-0 in regular-season non-conference games under the direction of head coach Les Miles. LSU’s amazing streak of regular-season wins against non-conference opponents stands at 50.
  • Mississippi State (at Texas A&M): QB Dak Prescott has thrown 191 passes since his last interception, a streak which is the longest in Mississippi State history.
  • Missouri (vs. South Carolina): Tigers C Evan Boehm has started 43 consecutive games, which is impressive considering he has battled an ankle injury early in the 2015 season.
  • Ole Miss (at Florida): Rebels WR Laquon Treadwell has caught at least one pass in his last 26 games played. He had eight catches for 135 yards and a touchdown against Vanderbilt last week.
  • South Carolina (at Missouri): Dating back to last season, the Gamecocks have lost six of their last seven SEC games, with an overtime win at Florida in 2014 standing as the only conference win during the last calendar year.
  • Tennessee (vs. Arkansas): The Vols have a six-game winning streak against Arkansas at Neyland Stadium, with Tennessee’s only loss to the Razorbacks there coming in 1992.
  • Texas A&M (vs. Mississippi State): The Aggies are 8-9 against Top 25 opponents under head coach Kevin Sumlin. Mississippi State re-emerged in the latest polls, giving Sumlin a chance to get to .500.
  • Vanderbilt (at Middle Tennessee): The Commodores are on a three-game losing streak against the Blue Raiders, losing games to Middle Tennessee in 2001, 2002 and 2005.
