Week 10 of SEC action held some matchups with some serious postseason influence, most notably the one between Tennessee and Georgia in which the Volunteers fell 27-13 to the Bulldogs.

With this, Georgia is now largely favored to end the season as the top seed in CFP rankings. Here’s a look at where the Dawgs and every other SEC team stood in the CBS Sports post-Week 10 rankings.

  • No. 1 – Georgia
  • No. 5 – Tennessee
  • No. 8 – LSU
  • No. 10 – Alabama
  • No. 11 – Ole Miss
  • No. 32 – Mississippi State
  • No. 33 – Kentucky
  • No. 36 – Florida
  • No. 42 – South Carolina
  • No. 49 – Arkansas
  • No. 66 – Missouri
  • No. 67 – Texas A&M
  • No. 71 – Auburn
  • No. 96 – Vanderbilt

It will be interesting to see how these might shift with another week of college football on the horizon.
