Four-star wide receiver Drake Davis (Bradenton, Fla./IMG Academy) is bound for the Southeastern Conference.
The 6-foot-4, 215-pounder committed to LSU over Ole Miss and others during a nationally-televised announcement at Saturday’s Under Armour All-America Game in Orlando, Fla.
Davis, a native of Baton Rouge, La., is the No. 13 wide receiver in the 2016 class per 247Sports Composite rankings gives the Tigers another plus-sized wide out in the class. Stephen Sullivan (6-foot-5) and Dee Anderson (6-foot-5) also are a part of this class.
Davis, a multi-sport athlete, said during the interview on ESPN that he also planned to play basketball for the Bayou Bengals.
