Will Reichard reached an impressive feat in the first quarter of the SEC Championship on Saturday.

The Alabama kicker now owns the all-time NCAA scoring record after a field goal against Georgia.

With the 43-yard field goal to cut Georgia’s lead to 7-3, Reichard recorded his 533rd point, which makes him the all-time leading scorer. He was tied with Navy quarterback Keenan Reynolds, who played from 2012 to 2015, at 530. Reichard is the only kicker in the top 3, and one of just two kickers in the top 5.

Reichard, who has played at Alabama since 2019, has recorded 19 field goals and 50 extra points this season for 107 points this season. He has notched 81 field goals and 290 extra points across his career, missing just two extra points.

Reichard has the chance to record a few more points before the end of the season, as he still has three quarters left in the SEC Championship, plus a bowl game or potentially a College Football Playoff appearance ahead.
