Baker Mayfield had another outstanding season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, as he led the team to another NFC South division title and led them to the playoffs. On the season, the former Oklahoma standout threw for 4,500 yards, 41 touchdowns and 16 interceptions. The touchdowns was tied for the 2nd-most in the league, and the yards was third most.

On Tuesday, he was named to the NFC Pro Bowl, filling in for former LSU standout Jayden Daniels, who had a standout season leading the Washington Commanders to the NFC Championship Game.

It is a historic berth for Mayfield, as he becomes the first Buccaneers quarterback in franchise history to be named to the Pro Bowl multiple times. He spent the first 4 seasons of his NFL career with the Cleveland Browns, where he helped the team make the playoffs and even win a playoff game. The Browns decided to go with Deshaun Watson, and he bounced around Carolina and Los Angeles the next 2 seasons.

He has been in Tampa Bay for 2 seasons, 8,594 yards, 69 touchdowns and 26 intereceptions. The Buccaneers have won the division both seasons with him as the guy, and the team last off-season gave him a 3-year, $100 million deal.
