DeAndre Hopkins was a key beneficiary of Will Levis’ first NFL start as the Tennessee Titans defeated the Atlanta Falcons 28-23 at Nissan Stadium on Sunday.

With Ryan Tannehill out due to an ankle injury, Levis threw for 4 touchdowns, double the amount that Tannehill has thrown in the 2023 season up until this point. Three of those landed in the arms of DeAndre Hopkins as the Titans wide receiver broke his goose egg for the year while recording his second-ever 2nd 3-touchdown game.

Needless to say, the Levis-Hopkins connection was on point throughout the afternoon.

“He’s a very talented quarterback. Confident. He plays the game like he’s been here before,” Hopkins said after the game, according to the Tennessean’s Gentry Estes.

The Titans have improved to 3-4 while snapping a 2-game losing streak. They next take on the Pittsburgh Panthers on Thursday, with discussion around whether Tannehill or Levis will be getting the call for that one set to be an interesting one up until gametime.
