Hand started his career with the Detroit Lions from 2018-2021 and was picked in the 4th round by the club before moving on to the Colts this season.
Plagued by injuries in the last year, Hand saw limited action in 2020 with the Lions. He only got 50% of his snaps before he sidelined with a groin injury than an ankle injury.
Hand started the season once again on injured reserve in 2021 and was finally released by the Lions on Nov 30.
He was then picked up by the Colts in December but was soon released 10 days later.
