Some NFL fans are cold-blooded in their treatment of the head coach of their favorite team, especially when the team is struggling.
That was the case recently when fans at a high school football playoff game in the Chicago area trolled Chicago Bears’ coach Matt Nagy during his sons game, chanting “Fire Nagy.”
People apparently familiar with the game and the area wrote on Twitter that it appeared the chant originated from the Cary Grove High School student section in the game played against Nagy’s sons’ school, Lake Forest.
The Bears are 3-7 this season, and lost on Sunday to the Baltimore Ravens, 16-13.

He was at the Lake Forest v Cary-Grove game yesterday since his kid plays for LF and the CG student section was chanting it. He seems to get it a lot these days.

gimme a break. of all the vulgar and offensive things that have been chanted at HS football games and we’re gonna get upset that Cary Grove students chanted “fire Nagy” at his kid’s game?
for the record LF has some incredibly obnoxious fans and parents too so this is 100% fine. https://t.co/M0EkkJHQ45
