NFL teams are all preparing to play their final regular season games in Week 18. Some teams have playoff berths on the line, while others are playing for seeding or draft positions.

For the Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos, though, they may not be playing at all. The Chiefs are reportedly stranded at the Kansas City International Airport due to icy conditions. The team has been unable to leave to prepare for their regular-season finale in Denver. The team has reportedly been stuck on the runway for 4 hours.

Kansas City is currently under a Winter Storm Warning until Monday at 3 a.m. The area is expected to receive between 6 and 14 inches of snow and sleet with ice accumulations up to one-tenth of an inch and 40 MPH wind gusts.

While the Chiefs already have the No. 1 seed in the AFC locked up, the Broncos have much to play for. With a win, the Broncos would secure a playoff berth and eliminate the Miami Dolphins and Cincinnati Bengals from contention. With a loss, the Broncos would need some help to end their postseason drought.

The Chiefs and Broncos first played back in November and the Chiefs escaped with a 16-14 victory. It’s been a dominant season for the Chiefs, who only have 1 loss on the year. However, with backups expected to play on Sunday, the Broncos have a legit shot to knock the defending champions off.

If the Chiefs are able to get to Denver, the game will kick off from Empower Field at Mile High on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET.
