The Super Bowl location for the 2027 event was finalized on Wednesday through a vote by NFL owners.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the owners unanimously approved the 2027 Super Bowl being held at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. SoFi Stadium opened in 2020 and has already hosted the 2022 Super Bowl following the 2021 NFL season.

Awarding the 2027 Super Bowl to SoFi Stadium will continue a recent trend of Super Bowls in the Southwest or on the West Coast. After the 2022 Super Bowl was played at SoFi, last year’s Super Bowl was played at State Farm Stadium in Arizona.
The upcoming 2024 Super Bowl will be played in Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium. In 2025, the Super Bowl will return to New Orleans and the Caesars Superdome before heading back to the West Coast and Santa Clara, California and Levi’s Stadium for the 2026 Super Bowl.
