Some NFL fans are cold-blooded in their treatment of the head coach of their favorite team, especially when the team is struggling.

That was the case recently when fans at a high school football playoff game in the Chicago area trolled Chicago Bears’ coach Matt Nagy during his sons game, chanting “Fire Nagy.”

People apparently familiar with the game and the area wrote on Twitter that it appeared the chant originated from the Cary Grove High School student section in the game played against Nagy’s sons’ school, Lake Forest.

The Bears are 3-7 this season, and lost on Sunday to the Baltimore Ravens, 16-13.
