After a controversy on Monday involving a shirt with the logo from One America News Network, Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy met with star Oklahoma RB Chuba Hubbard and released a video with him.
Many thought the video was awkward, especially since Gundy didn’t apologize for anything, but Hubbard did.
On Tuesday evening, Gundy released a second video in which he did apologize for the shirt choice, saying it was insensitive in times like these in the U.S. Hubbard saw the video, and here’s how Hubbard reacted to the second video:

Hubbard and Gundy both promised that changes were coming to Oklahoma State, so we’ll see what happens moving forward.
For now, though, it does seem the relationship between player and coach is on the mend.
