Ole Miss’ Vaught-Hemingway Stadium caught on fire Thursday. And it wasn’t because of Lane Kiffin’s high-powered offense.

Ole Miss Spirit publisher Chuck Rounsaville heard a contractor a transformer.

It appears the situation is now under control.

Almost a year ago, in September 2020, Florida’s Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, also had a fire. Perhaps it’s a good sign for the Rebels as the Gators went on to win their division and play in the SEC Championship Game.
