Ole Miss has a number of key positions to replace on both sides of the ball.

During Saturday’s Army All-American Bowl, the Rebels scored a big win on the recruiting trails to add a key piece to their defense.

During the game, 4-star safety Davison Igbinosun — a native of Union, New Jersey — appeared virtually and announced he was choosing Ole Miss over Maryland, Kentucky and Tennessee.

Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Igbinosun is the No. 29 cornerback in the 2022 class (though he’ll likely play safety at Ole Miss) and the No. 3 overall prospect from the state of New Jersey.

The Rebels now have 18 players in their 2022 recruiting class, which currently ranks No. 25 in the nation and No. 12 in the SEC, per 247Sports.
