Ole Miss will host former Penn State quarterback Beau Pribula on a recruiting visit this week, according to a report.

Pribula served as Penn State’s backup quarterback this season. He’s a mobile option under center, and even had a role in Penn State’s regular offense as a runner. He carried the ball 38 times for 242 yards and 4 touchdowns this season. As a passer, Pribula completed 26-of-35 pass attempts for 275 yards, 5 touchdowns and 1 interception.

Per 247Sports’ Matt Zenitz, Pribula will be in Oxford for a visit on Friday:

Pribula made waves this past week after announcing he was departing the program ahead of Penn State’s first-round CFP game due to constraints with the modern college football calendar. He will not play for the Nittany Lions on Saturday, instead choosing to take the week to figure out his future.

The Rebels are in the quarterback market for 2025 as Jaxson Dart’s collegiate eligibility will expire following the end of the 2024 season. Ole Miss has also been linked with other quarterbacks such as Virginia’s Anthony Colandrea as it searches for a longterm starter.

Lane Kiffin and Co. are off to a great start in the transfer portal so far this cycle. The Rebels have already secured 12 transfer commitments and have the No. 2-ranked transfer class in the country to this point in the offseason, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
