Methodology

Each week, our team of college football experts ranks the top 25 squads in the country. A first-place vote garners 25 points, a second-place vote 24 points, all the way down to a 25th-place vote, which equates to 1 point for the given team.

First-place votes are indicated in the above poll after the team name, offset by parenthesis. Teams in the also receiving votes section appeared on some polls, but didn’t accrue enough points to crack the top 25.
