Annual college football ‘All-Name Team’ includes 7 SEC players

Tank Bigsby was impressive during his debut season at Auburn in 2020, winning SEC Freshman of the Year and being named to the All-SEC second team. He also has a really cool name.

Bigsby isn’t the only player on the Tigers’ roster with a unique name that just sounds right for a football player. There’s also senior offensive lineman Brodarious Hamm and senior safety Smoke Monday.

All three of those Tigers players made this year’s edition of the College Football All-Name Team, which is compiled by Jim Weber, formerly of LostLettermen.com. And there are quite a few other players from the SEC who made the cut.
