Bear Alexander appears to have a large number of SEC suitors ahead of his entry into the transfer portal from USC.
The Trojans defensive lineman has drawn substantial interest from a number of SEC programs, according to a report from 247Sports. One of the most notable of those to watch is the Georgia Bulldogs. Alexander is no stranger to Kirby Smart’s team as he was a part of his 2022 group, going on to USC to play a large role afterward before that faltered and he elected to sit out the season after playing in four games.
Alexander was back in Athens on Saturday, and it’s safe to say the Bulldogs made a fine case for him to return to the fold with a 31-17 win over Tennessee that made the team look like the national championship contender we thought it had the chance to be ahead of the season.
Alabama, LSU, Texas, Colorado and Oregon are also mentioned as potential landing spots.

So far in his career, Alexander has tackled 61 tackles over three seasons between his time with Georgia and USC combined. He also has tallied 3.5 sacks and 4 pass deflections.
It will be interesting to see where the IMG Academy product takes his talents to next, but re-joining the Bulldogs seems like the most plausible scenario for right now.
