College football bowl projections: ESPN’s latest predictions include 12 SEC teams

College football bowl projections are being updated now that the regular season is one-third of the way done.

ESPN experts Kyle Bonagura and Mark Schlabach updated their projections after Week 4, and they included 12 SEC teams in the mix.

As you can see below, they both have Alabama and Georgia making the College Football Playoff and both have Tennessee in the Sugar Bowl.

Here are their full SEC bowl projections:

Alabama

  • Bonagura: Fiesta Bowl (CFP) vs. Ohio State
  • Schlabach: Fiesta Bowl (CFP) vs. Ohio State

Arkansas

  • Bonagura: Texas Bowl vs. TCU
  • Schlabach: Las Vegas Bowl vs. Utah

Auburn

  • Bonagura: Gasparilla Bowl vs. Louisville
  • Schlabach: None

Florida

  • Bonagura: Birmingham Bowl vs. Texas
  • Schlabach: Gator Bowl vs. Notre Dame

Georgia

  • Bonagura: Peach Bowl (CFP) vs. Clemson
  • Schlabach: Peach Bowl (CFP) vs. Clemson

Kentucky

  • Bonagura: Citrus Bowl vs. Penn State
  • Schlabach: Citrus Bowl vs. Minnesota

LSU

  • Bonagura: Gator Bowl vs. NC State
  • Schlabach: Music City Bowl vs. Maryland

Mississippi State

  • Bonagura: Music City Bowl vs. Wisconsin
  • Schlabach: Birmingham Bowl vs. SMU

Ole Miss

  • Bonagura: Liberty Bowl vs. Kansas
  • Schlabach: Texas Bowl vs. Iowa State

South Carolina

  • Bonagura: None
  • Schlabach: Liberty Bowl vs. Texas

Tennessee

  • Bonagura: Sugar Bowl vs. Oklahoma

Texas A&M
