Last year, Florida made a home-field change, painting the end zones orange in November. That change is following the Gators up the road to Jacksonville.

The Twitter account for JaxEvents, facilities manager of TIAA Bank Field, shared a photo preview of the field the night before the showdown between No. 6 Florida and No. 8 Georgia. The UF end zone has the orange-background and blue lettering featured in The Swamp while Georgia’s end zone is red with white lettering.

In recent years, we’ve seen the end zones have white backgrounds or natural background (team-colored lettering on green grass).

Once the ball is kicked off, fans, players and coaches alike will all lose interest in how the end zones look as long as their team manages to cross the goal line.

Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET. The top-10 showdown is the “SEC on CBS” showcase game for Week 10.
