SEC announces conference’s 2024 All-Freshman Team

The SEC completed its conference honors announcements on Thursday with the reveal of the 2024 All-Freshman Team. The conference previously announced the coaches’ All-SEC team and individual honors.

The All-Freshman Team is headlined by South Carolina QB LaNorris Sellers who was named the Freshman of the Year. Sellers was recognized in the SEC’s weekly honors 4 times this season. The Gamecock quarterback threw for 2,274 yards and 17 touchdowns, adding 655 yards and 7 scores on the ground.

Auburn, Florida and Tennessee led the way with 4 selections each. Georgia, LSU and South Carolina each have 3 representatives. Alabama’s Ryan Williams and Tennessee’s Boo Carter earned recognition at 2 positions.
