The SEC unveiled the television networks and start times for its 2020-21 men’s basketball schedule on Tuesday.

There’s only one SEC team ranked in the AP Top 25 this week, Tennessee at No. 12, but the league is expected to be as competitive as ever. While some teams are off to tough starts, most notably Kentucky at 1-3, the preseason view for the conference was deep.

Four SEC teams were in ESPN.com’s Way-Too-Early Top 25: Kentucky (5), Tennessee (11), LSU (22) and Florida (25). And 5 were listed in ESPN commentator Dick Vitale’s preseason top 40: Tennessee (10), Kentucky (13), Alabama (17), LSU (19) and Florida (32).

Conference play tips off Dec. 29 and runs through March 3. No games were scheduled the weekend of March 6 to allow a window for makeup games. Each SEC team plays the other 13 teams at least once during league play. They will then play their 3 permanent opponents a second time with the remaining two games changing every year.

The eighth annual SEC/Big 12 Challenge will take place on Jan. 30. The four teams not participating in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge will play conference games that day.

The SEC Tournament returns to the Music City when Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn., hosts the event from March 10-14, 2021.

The TV coverage tips off on Dec. 29 with 3 games between Texas A&M at LSU at 7 p.m. ET on the SEC Network, South Carolina at Kentucky at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN2, and Ole Miss at Alabama at 9 p.m. ET on the SEC Network.

Here’s the entire schedule.
