SEC lands 9 players among finalists for major college football awards

A slew of college football awards came out with their finalists this week, and 9 SEC players are in the running for the awards, and most of them will be announced by ESPN.
The finalists have been named for the National College Football Awards Association honors presented at The College Football Awards show will air on Thursday, Dec. 9, at 7 p.m. ET, on ESPN.
ESPN’s Rece Davis will host the two-hour special, joined by analysts Dusty Dvoracek and Desmond Howard, with reporter Jen Lada.
Some of the below awards will be presented that night.
