Texas A&M and LSU are set for what will be a widely watched Week 9 contest as the 2024 college football season continues on.

The contest, which is set for Oct. 26 at Kyle Field, will kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. CT and will be broadcast on ABC. The Tigers are coming off of a big 34-10 win over the Arkansas Razorbacks in Fayetteville and will look to keep that rolling as they face an Aggies team that had some struggles early on, but seems to be getting their feet back under them.

Texas A&M rolled past Mississippi State the last time it was on the football field, 34-24, and has only suffered one loss this season. That was the 23-13 fall to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the first game of the season.

LSU also holds the same 6-1 record that Texas A&M does, with its only loss of the year coming against the USC Trojans in the exact same time period for the Tigers’ season opener.

Obviously, one of these teams is going to record its second loss of the season in this one, which is expected to be a toughly fought game with a close final score. It will be interesting to see how things play out when Saturday arrives.
